Niagara 2296 is a modular external Fiber & Copper Bypass unit for Gigabit Ethernet & Fiber Channel.
Niagara 2296 supports up to four segments. The four segments could be a combination of Copper, single mode fiber or multi Mode fiber.
Modular design provides easy filed upgrade from one segment to four segments.
Niagara 2296 is designed with a built-in bypass circuit to provide maximum up time for the network.
Niagara 2296 protects the network up time by removing the failed server off line without any interruption to data traffic.
