Overview

Niagara 3231 family is a Single segment 40 Gigabit Link Aggregation TAP with 40G network traffic monitoring capabilities and passive failover/bypass capabilities for guaranteed uptime. The Niagara 3231 can support multiple TAP methodologies and configurations as well as Multi-Mode fiber and Single-Mode fiber media. The system architecture is designed for flexibility, enabling Niagara 3231 to operate in various modes including Split TAP, Aggregation TAP, and packet injection. Additionally, the system supports a full suite of secure management including industry-standard management and logging tools. The Niagara 3231 is designed to integrate with IDS/IPS, Sniffers, Analyzers, Probes, Firewalls, QoS, UTM, Traffic Management and Enterprise IT security appliances.
